Following the resolutions of the Deans’ Committee meeting today 08/04/2020 to complete the second semester teaching and learning at CEES, it was noted and agreed as follows: lecturers are ready to commence virtual and online teaching and learning from Monday the 13th April, 2020.
B.Ed. (Arts) teaching will commence Monday the 13th April, 2020 for three weeks to 3rd May 2020. Students shall be ready, thereafter, for end semester examinations.
B. Ed. (Science) and B. Ed. (ICT) teaching will commence Monday the 13th April, 2020 for five weeks to 17th May 2020. Arrangements for practical lessons shall be done as appropriate before end semester examinations.

COMPLETION OF 2ND SEMESTER TEACHING FOR B.Ed. (ARTS) B.Ed. (SCIENCE), B.Ed. (ICT) AND POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES

1. That after the training of lecturers on Google meet, Google Classroom and eClass, lecturers are ready to commence virtual and online teaching and learning from Monday the 13th April, 2020.
2. B.Ed. (Arts) teaching will commence Monday the 13th April, 2020 for three weeks to 3rd May 2020. Students shall be ready, thereafter, for end semester examinations.
3. B. Ed. (Science) and B. Ed. (ICT) teaching will commence Monday the 13th April, 2020 for five weeks to 17th May 2020. Arrangements for practical lessons shall be done as appropriate before end semester examinations.
4. Further training, if needed, may be requested by the parties concerned.
5. The teaching/learning timetable that was in use before closure remains relevant for virtual teaching.
6. Postgraduate teaching for continuing students in all departments remain ongoing as originally planned.
